I was an Autism Instructional Aide, which required me to go to Autism classrooms and train the paraprofessionals. I helped them to implement a students IEP and help them with behaviors. I would also help assist the teacher with anything they need help with. Before this job I was a paraprofessional in for 10 years. I worked with special needs children with severe disabilities ranging from ages 4 to 21. I took care of children ages infants to 12 years of age. I am currently attending college to get my degree in social work! I would to love to meet and see if I am a good fit for your family! To get my job with the school district I had to do a criminal background check for them to hire me.

Renee was on time and absolutely PHENOMENAL with my 2 boys. One of my boys was using a breathing treatment at the time, and she handled the treatments like a pro! An infant and a 2 year old can be really overwhelming, and my boys just LOVED her! Will definitely use her again!
