I'm an experienced childcare and caregiving professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience caring for children, young adults, and older adults. I have 3+ years of experience working with children and young adults with autism, ages 7-20, along with 2 years as a substitute teacher for grades 1-4 and experience as an elementary school after-school program coordinator. I also have 2 years of caregiving experience supporting individuals with disabilities and older adults with daily activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, personal care, and medication assistance. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, compassion, communication, safety, and treating every individual with dignity and respect. I'm dependable, attentive, nurturing, and comfortable caring for children with different ages, personalities, and developmental needs.
