About Ashanti

Hi! My name is Ashanti, and I'm a 24-year-old Nursing student. Caring for others has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and I love building meaningful connections with the people and families I work with. I have over six years of experience working with children, first as a counselor and for the past three years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). These experiences have taught me patience, compassion, creativity, and how to support each child's unique needs while helping them learn, grow, and feel comfortable. I would describe myself as fun, caring, dependable, and passionate about helping others. Whether it's assisting with daily routines, engaging in activities, providing emotional support, or simply being a positive and trustworthy presence, I always strive to make those in my care feel safe, valued, and cared for.
