With over a year of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for children of different ages. My genuine love for children stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the immense joy and fulfillment in positively impacting their lives. I believe that open and honest communication is key to building strong relationships with parents. I ensure that parents are well-informed about their child's day by providing them with regular updates, either verbally at pick-up or through their preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I firmly believe in following the parents' lead.
