My journey began with a deep-seated desire to support their independence and well-being, shaped by positive experiences in prior care roles. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I provide respite care, live-in assistance, transportation, and help with errands. I also offer light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I incorporate memory care activities and de-escalate stressful situations. I prioritize understanding each person's unique history and preferences.
