About Arwen

Hi! I'm Arwen, an experienced nanny and proud mom to an 8-month-old baby boy. I have over 6 years of full-time nanny experience, including with medically disabled twins, and 10+ years of babysitting. I've cared for children from newborn through teen. I have experience and am comfortable with multiples and kids with neurodivergence. I was homeschooled by my nurturing mom and played a large part in my younger siblings' upbringing, along with caring for my nieces and nephews. I'm CPR/First Aid/AED certified through the Red Cross and know basic ASL. I focus on creating a calm, respectful, and supportive environment where children are seen, heard, and encouraged to grow into their own sense of self. I'd be bringing my son with me. He's an easygoing, social baby who enjoys being around other kids. I believe in trusting children, encouraging independence, and holding clear and loving boundaries.
