We hired Arsenia and agreed on a start date. She texted the on the start date saying she could not come, no reason. On the next day scheduled, I reached out to her to confirm at which time she said she could not make it. So this review is not based on her performance but reliability. Unfortunate as she seemed promising but when hired to provide care for a loved one, this lack of care is a red flag.
