Arona was our son's nanny from 6 weeks old to 2 years old. She is knowledgable and reliable. We recommend her highly!  

Aroma is amazing child care provider. She educates, creates a great social circle for the child and find adventures that encourage development of the child.  

Arona has cared for our son since he was just weeks old until age two, and we couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver. She is extremely reliable, dependable, and nurturing. Arona spent countless hours outside with our son, helping foster his love of nature and curiosity about the world. She was always punctual, communicative, and flexible when our schedules changed, and we always felt completely at ease knowing he was in her care. We’re only parting ways because we’re moving to a new city, otherwise we’d happily stay with her. Any family would be lucky to have her.

When my husband and I first found out we were pregnant we instantly started looking at daycares because of those dreaded waitlists. Then my daughter decided to throw a curve ball and come into this world at 25 weeks. She was relatively healthy but had a nicu stay of 98 days. We were told by doctors no daycare until probably two years old causing us to shift gears from a daycare search to a in home nanny search. That nanny search led me straight to Arona. I am a first time mom and I couldn’t ask for a more patient, dependable, hardworking, kind, and passionate person watching my miracle baby. For the first six months of my daughter’s life it was me, my mom, my husband, or nurses caring for her. I had to trust the person I was leaving her with and Arona made me feel that trust. She called or FaceTimed me with updates. I got lots of pictures throughout the day. She was always on time or willing to stay later.  It was the definition of a perfect caregiver situation. Unfortunately we have to move pretty far and if I could take Arona with me I would. Losing her is like losing part of our family and we are completely heartbroken because of it. 10/10 recommend Arona! 

Arona has been great with our 3.5 year old son. She took genuine interest to get to know him and he quickly got comfortable with her. Our son enjoys spending time with her and we feel very comfortable when she is watching him. I highly recommend Arona! 

We hired Arona for our one year old daughter. 
Arona is a very reliable and knowledgeable caregiver. She always arrives on time, and spends her time with our daughter reading, playing and dancing with her. 
Also, she helps preparing her meals and cleaning and organizing everything before she leaves.

I can’t say enough good things about Arona! She is a very responsible person who is timely, efficient and caring. She is happy to help out wherever she can and makes it feel like she’s been here forever. We love her and feel like she is family! We never had any issues with full time care with her and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

After reading Arona's reviews and recommendations my husband and I were excited to interview her as a potential nanny for our first baby. Her phone interview went well and we scheduled an in person interview. I texted Arona 2 days before the interview to confirm but she didn't respond. I assumed she might have just been enjoying her summer and missed my text. I texted her again an hour and a half before the in person interview to confirm but she didn't respond. She called about 30 minutes before the interview was to take place to say she was sick. My husband said that she sounded so sick it seemed that she was faking it, but we gave her the benefit of the doubt based on her recommendations. I checked in with her later in the week to see how she was feeling and asked her to let us know when she would like to reschedule. She didn't respond with any future dates so I texted again and we rescheduled for the following Sunday at 11am. She confirmed via text. At 11:30 I texted to see if she was so coming but got no response and have not received any communication since.

Twice we kept our 7 month old awake and rearranged our schedules to meet with Arona and twice she didn't show up and this last time just ghosted us. I'm not sure why she chose this to do this after scheduling instead of just letting us know she wasn't interested.

Arona is very honest and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any job of her interest. She is hard working. Always show up to work ontime.She was my best employee. 

Arona is the best, and any family would be lucky to have her. She came into our lives and spent 2.5 years with us. We now consider her part of our family, and she has stayed connected with all of us, always remembering the girls on their birthdays and checking in. 

Some Details:
+ She is great with babies. So caring and attentive, and great at sleep training and getting kids on a schedule. 
+ As new parents, she taught us a lot and constantly made helpful recommendations on everything from products to buy to activities to go to. 
+ She helped make friends for our girls, and was constantly connecting us with other parents and finding us a community. One of those friendships remains our daughter’s best friend. 
+ She fed the kids healthy food and was a great cook (which we benefited from too even though it was not her job to cook for us). 
+ She always left our home clean at the end of the day. It was so nice coming home and having everything put away and the house exactly as we left it (no small feat with two little kids). 
+ She was ALWAYS on time. In 2.5 years, I can only remember her being 15 min late once. So responsible and reliable. 
+ She was great at communicating with us, and also open to feedback. These partnerships take work, and she put the work in to make sure it was successful. 

The pandemic unfortunately cut our time short, and we would hire her back in a second if she lived closer to us. Can’t recommend her highly enough. 

Best babysitter plus helps with cooking and housework. Kids love her. 

My wife and I hired Arona after having our 2nd child, to care after our 20 month old while we were on maternity/paternity leave, and to eventually care for both children. We were initially impressed with Arona's experience and knowledge she would bring to our home so we agreed on contract terms and a start date. Unfortunately, the night before Arona was to start with us, she needed delay her start date by 2 weeks. We worked with her and agreed to a new start date. Once Arona did start with us, she took our 20 mo son on a walk/outside for the entire day. We expressed to her that morning how our son had a cold which aggravates some potential asthma symptoms (too young to diagnose)  he has been hospitalized with. When Arona returned with our son, he was overheated, nose runny, red eyes/face, and crying once he got in the house. The next day, we explained to Arona how we would like our son to play inside and only go on shorter walks/playtime outside until his cold is gone. Arona became short and almost rude towards our son the remainder of the week. We told her we would see her next week with the idea that we are all adjusting to new things, but she texted us over the weekend saying she was not coming back. It seems she expected to be able to go outside the entirety of her time caring for our children, and made it seem like she didn't know about our son's issues with cold symptoms. She tried to say our house was not childproof enough, but we have a designated area for the kids that is completely childproof. Even, so, we initially liked her for the advice and experience in these things. We would have met her suggestions for childproofing further, happily. Despite our contract stating 30 days notice is required for either party to terminate, and despite us being flexible with her start date, she took her week 1 paycheck and won't honor the deal. Seems there is no room for compromise with Arona and it seems like her idea of childcare is pushing them around in a stroller all day, no matter the weather. So if you are ok with your kid(s) being gone and not attended to properly all day, hire Arona. Both our leaves from work ended, so now we need to rework our entire lives, including my wife potentially leaving her job, in order to have reliable childcare for our children.

Arona was wonderful with our son from 3 months onward, she is caring, knowledgeable, dependable, and is a great part of a team. We interviewed many nanny candidates, and Arona's experience and knowledge stood out. The next family she gets to work with will be fortunate! She focused on building skills for independent play, movement and outdoor time, feeding, and provided excellent baby care.


Arona loves babies and small children. She's very social and outgoing and excellent at engaging in activities and helping little ones make new friends. She's extremely trustworthy and will treat your children like gold. I was so grateful to have her as part of our family. Her guidance and support, especially when I was a new Mom, were invaluable.

Arona is amazing. She does more than watch the kids. She makes sure they're having fun, learning, fed, sleeping well, getting outside play time too. She helped with potty training. She's helped with chores around the house. She is very motivated and energetic.

Arona is the best!  We were lucky enough to have Arona care for our now two year old daughter for the past year.  She is fantastic in every way- loving, kind, structured, fun, responsible, and a great cook!  Our daughter has learned so much from Arona, and as first time parents, we also appreciated her wealth of knowledge when it came to teaching, potty training, etc.  She has been instrumental in our daughter's development.  We will miss her terribly, however, we consider her a part of our family now, and look forward to a lifelong friendship!  HIGHLY recommend!!

What a gift it was to have Arona help us. 

Arona has been working with us for the last year and the only reason we are parting ways is because we are moving across the country. We are first time parents and Arona came in to help us with weekends and some weekday evenings. She is has a wealth of experience with caring for our infant/now toddler. She was exceptionally attentive to our little one throughout her hours with us. She was always punctual and responsive. We totally trusted her whenever we were away and she's home alone with our little one. 

We thought the nanny hiring process was hard but it was made easy by meeting Arona. We give her our highest recommendation

We worked with Arona for nearly 15 months and she was fantastic with our new born son, guiding him through his first year.
