About Arlyn

I'd describe my personality as Compassionate, loving and friendly I like caring for seniors because I enjoyed caring elderly people and help them with their daily activities. I also motivate them to be active to do some light exercises to keep them active and healthy. I'm looking for a caregiving job or in home exercises I started caring for seniors for 5 years plus. In my spare time, I like cooking, hiking, exercising, reading books, listening to music and watch movies or volunteering to help others and my community. I have 5 years experience in caregiving helping elderly in bathing, feeding, stretching, exercising, cooking, hairstyling, makeup and cleaning. I have 6 experienced in phlebotomy in the hospital settings and 5 years experienced in Personal Training. My skills include strong communication, empathy, patience, and handle stressful situation. I'm organized, attentive to detail, and have a positive attitude and basic medical knowledge.
