Arloa was tentative and kind throughout the hiring process and we appreciated our conversations with her. Unfortunately, she backed out the morning of her scheduled start date, which left us scrambling and urgently needing childcare, even after we had already prepared for her start and arranged some training with our outgoing nanny. While we understand plans can change, how it was handled without notice was very challenging for our family.
