About Arlicia

Hello! I'm a fun, energetic, and dependable caregiver with 5+ years of experience working with children. I began teaching elementary students in 2020 and transitioned to full-time nannying in 2022. I've cared for children of different ages and enjoy creating a safe, engaging environment where kids can learn, play, and be themselves. I have a Masters in Psychology and a particular interest in behavior therapy and understanding how children learn, communicate, and develop. I'm patient, attentive, and creative. I love arts and crafts, reading, outdoor play, swimming, and age-appropriate activities. Outside of caregiving, I enjoy crafting, reading, roller skating, and swimming. I'm looking for a family that values communication, reliability, and a warm, respectful relationship with their caregiver.
