Arlety gave our family peace of mind when caring for our toddler. She was full of energy, worked on reading with him, and maintained our schedule. She cleaned up after him as well. She was consistently on time and shared regular updates about how he was doing. She is taking Covid seriously as well. She is an excellent caregiver!

I have never had someone other than family watch my daughter, we finally had to make the decision to go through care.com and find a sitter. Arlety stuck out immediately as all her reviews were 5 stars and wonderful comments. We interviewed her in our home and our daughter immediately felt comfortable playing with her so it was a no brained to hire her. She came the day of right on time and wasted no time playing with our daughter and she was so kind to send us text messages and a picture of my little girl having a nice time. I hired Arlety to watch my four year old for a weekend while I was out of town during the time that my daughter couldn't be with her family. Arlety was amazing! She is so attentive and caring! I love that she sends pictures and video updates. She truly goes above and beyond and we will definitely be hiring her again 

Arlety does a great job with our daughter who is a year and a half. She keeps her very busy and they both seem to have so much fun together. She has been a great addition for us.

Arlety was on time and the kids enjoyed her. She kept me up to date with regular updates through the night. Overall, Arlety was great!

Our two kids (2.5 and 5yrs old) have a great time with Arlety.  She is very responsible and communicative, making it easy for my husband and I to enjoy a night out.  She goes above and beyond and tidies up the house once the kids are in bed.  We are very happy to have her as a regular sitter!

We moved to AZ recently from San Diego and needed a sitter, I found Arlety on care and was very pleasantly surprised. We have used her a few times now and she is absolutely amazing with my 2 year old son. He loves her! No crying when we leave, he goes to bed for her just fine & he loves playing with her. Arlety is a dream babysitter,  she asked all the right questions, is so attentive to my son & even cleans up after he's in bed! We love her and would definitely recommend her to any family.

Arlety babysat our 2 year old son on a few date nights.  She did a great job -- he liked her very much.  She also proactively sought out ways to help us around the house while we were out.  We loved that she sent us text updates with pictures to let us know how he was doing.  While her schedule has prevented her from being our regular date night sitter, we wouldn't hesitate to book her again should she become available.

Arlety took the time to contact me after I messaged her about my position and answered all my questions very honestly. Even though she is currently working for another family, she still made the time to contact me. If she becomes available in the near future I definitely would hire her.   

Arlety watches my 6 year old and 2 year old on the weekend.  They both adore her.  She is always trying to engage them in fun activities and keep them busy.  Whenever she has free time, she cleans around the house without being asked.  I highly recommend her!

She was great with our son. He warmed up to her very quickly. We have her watch our son for date nights. She updated me with pictures and when we came home she had even cleaned up our house.  

We hired Arlety during our stay in Phoenix and she is great.  The kids were very happy when we came home, she text any questions she had throughout the day.  If we come back to Phoenix we will definitely use her again.

We were looking for someone who can can care for our sick child for a day at a very short notice and luckily we found Arlety to help us out. She was very punctual and cared for our son as though she knew him since a long time. She kept detailed notes about his activities through the day and also cleaned up after him. She also did the dishes when we did not even ask her to do it. We will highly recommend Arlety for the next job.

I was extremely nervous with the hiring process in the beginning and Arlety dealt with my craziness with compassion and care through the messages we sent back and forth. My 3 yr old daughter warmed up to her really fast which she doesn't do normally. If Arlety wasn't sure if something was ok, such as my 7 month old sleeping on his stomach, she'd text to ask and make sure. Which made me extremely more comfortable with her being there. I'd rather someone reach out than 2nd guess something with my children. One of the best parts....I came home with all toys picked up and things put away in an organized order.  I will definitely be hiring again. 

My family is so blessed to have found Arlety! My kids love her and she is so nurturing to them. She is very reliable and trustworthy. She goes above and beyond to keep the kids happy. I feel very comfortable with her and I know my kids are in good hands!
