About Arlette

I'd describe my personality as optimistic, empathetic, and hardworking. I like caring for seniors because I think they are the cutest! I love hearing the stories they have to tell. They are also so insightful and give you so much wisdom sometimes or just simply funny. Also just being able to put a smile on there face by helping them maintain their independence and a quality of life. Just being able to be there for them just feels so rewarding I started caring for seniors when I had thought of going to nursing school. I started to work as a patient care technician at a hospital. Although I decided nursing was not for me just because of the down sides of the field, providing care for the senior patients and talking to them was always my favorite part of the jobs One thing you should know about me is I treat everyone with respect and kindness because that's how I would want to be treated. My skills include assisting in ADLs, safe transferring and positioning, CPR, emotional support.
