About Arlene

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient and understanding, kind and caring, reliable, and always putting others before myself. I like caring for seniors because I have a big soft spot for them. I'm looking for a job that assists with the elderly. I started caring for seniors when my Grandparents made a partial move to the States. I would go back and forth between Texas and Arkansas to help tend to them and care for them. In my spare time, I like to be around my family and help them with anything they need. Being around family is the most important for me. Helping them in any way I can. One thing you should know about me is I'm very compassionate when it comes to caring for their loved ones. I will do anything to make sure their needs are met and that I am able to make their day and put a smile on their face. My skills include having patience with the elders, being empathetic towards the elders but knowing my boundaries, and assisting with mobility.
