Arlene is a phenomenally dedicated aide. She goes above and beyond what is expected from her by protocol. My late mother was on wheel chair and she needed to go back to her apartment but the elevator was broken. She took the initiative to take my late mother to her apartment by using the stairs. She pulled the wheelchair up on step at a time (the seat belt was attached and I was supporting the wheelchair from the front). It took 2 days until the elevator was fixed and thanks to Arlene for saving the day.
