About Arlene

I'd describe my personality as ambitious, honest and courteous. I like tutoring because I enjoy helping students excel and reach their potential. I'm looking for a job that I can apply my skills and strengths including a place where values are aligned. I started tutoring during COVID and periodically after. In my spare time, I like to cook, spend time with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I have plenty of patience and empathy when working with children. My passion is to create a safe space for myself and for others. My skills include active listening, empathy, and enthusiasm.
