As a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with six years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of young children. My journey in childcare began with taking care of younger family members and teaching them new things. As a caretaker I am patient, calm, and have a creative nature which allows me to connect with children effortlessly and create an atmosphere of fun and learning. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I provide regular updates on their child's day and promptly address any concerns that may arise, following the parents preferred method of communication. When it comes to reinforcing schedules/rules, I firmly believe in aligning with the parents' approach to ensure consistency for the children. I love interacting with the children, whether it's outdoor play, board games, or even educational games.
