Hello! My name is Arlene, and I'm a dedicated special education teacher with over 10 years of experience supporting students with diverse needs from birth through age 22. I hold certifications in Elementary Education, Language Arts, Math, and Special Education (LBS1), which allows me to create individualized, inclusive learning experiences tailored to each student's unique strengths and needs. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about fostering growth, independence, and confidence in every learner. Whether I'm working with early intervention or transition-aged students, my goal is always to build meaningful connections and help students reach their fullest potential. Outside of the classroom, I'm a proud mom to two amazing little ones-a curious and energetic 3-year-old boy and a sweet and bossy 1-year-old girl-who constantly inspire me and keep me on my toes! I believe in the power of collaboration, patience, and lifelong learning!
