We hired Arlene in November to care for our daughter (then 16 months) and she's been wonderful! She's very playful and attentive with her. She also takes her to activities, reads to her and gives her fun educational things to do including arts & crafts, gardening, and problem solving. We love that she has a background in Montessori learning which gives her a rich background in helping to rear our daughter for her continue to thrive. We chose not to put her into daycare until she's two and our daughter took to her very quickly and is always excited to see Arlene when she arrives! We're super excited that she thought swimming lessons to children and will definitely be asking her to teach swim to our daughter. Arlene always has a bright and friendly disposition, she's kind and responsible. Not to mention very punctual which is super important! We're so happy with her and will continue to have her on as long as we can!
