My wife and I have had Arlen as our full time nanny for almost three years now, starting when our son was 20 months old, and again when our daughter was just 3 months old. We have loved having her as part of our family and will miss seeing her every weekday (our youngest is staring pre school now sadly). We trust her with everything! She is reliable, punctual, bilingual, tidy (even does the kid’s laundry), has her DL and own car (although we mainly had her drive our kids to activities in our own SUV since the car seats were already in there), certified and experienced in early childcare, and most importantly the kids adore her! She does fun activities with them, imaginary play, and learning. If we ever have another baby we would love to have her back, and hope to still use her for date nights and random afternoons if she’s free! Can’t recommend her enough!
