About Arleen

I would describe myself as kind, patient, responsible, and outgoing. I love working with kids because they are naturally funny, curious, and full of joy. Seeing them happy and being able to brighten their day is one of the best feelings. I'm also a kid at heart! I grew up with two brothers and spent a lot of time with my younger cousins. I began babysitting when I was entering high school, caring for my neighbor's baby and pets. I now work at a shoe store, where I frequently interact with children and their parents. I enjoy helping them, talking with them, and giving them stickers to make their day a little brighter. I'm looking for a safe, respectful, and welcoming family with clear communication about allergies, routines, rules, and expectations. I would love to build trust and work with the same family regularly. I can drive, cook, carefully supervise children, and connect with them. I'm attentive, calm, understanding, and always focused on keeping children happy and safe.
