About Arleane

Ms. Arleane is truly the nanny you didn’t know you needed! She has been with our family for some time now, and I can say with complete confidence that she has been a tremendous influence on our daughter’s development and overall happiness. At just one year old, our daughter already knows over 20 words and gestures, and has started putting two words together. Friends, family, and even strangers often comment on how advanced she is and we know that’s largely thanks to Ms. Arleane’s daily care, creativity, and intentional teaching. One of the things I love most about working with her is our strong communication and teamwork. If I ever bring up a concern like helping our daughter sleep through the night or transitioning to a straw cup, Ms. Arleane goes above and beyond. She researches best practices and we tackle the challenge together. She’s also incredibly proactive with activities. Weather permitting, she takes our daughter to the park or storytime at the library every day. On rainy days, she fills the time with fun and engaging arts and crafts. She’s so creative and always has something new up her sleeve. Ms. Arleane is more than just a caregiver. She’s dependable, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in our child’s growth and happiness. We feel so lucky to have her in our lives, and I truly cannot recommend her enough.
