Arlain was contracted a week ago by my elderly client to assist her once a week for 4 hours with things she is unable to do for herself due to her disabilities. My client let go of her other caregiver once she hired Arlain. On the first morning of the agreement, after Arlain was already supposed to have arrived, she texted my client to say she decided not to take the job after all. My client is now stuck with no care this week and nobody to do basic tasks like taking out the trash, laundry etc that she is unable to do for herself. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would definitely not recommend her.
