Arlae is wonderful! She has provided occasional babysitting for our two kids for over a year, and has also watched my sister's two young children at the same time. Arlae is very patient with the kids (even the non-stop crying baby) while setting boundaries (very appreciated). She reads with them, plays with crafts/play-doh, takes them to the park, and does a great job putting them to bed. We all love Arlae!
