About Ariyana

Hello! I am new to Missouri, but not new to childcare. I currently work in an elementary school as a paraprofessional in a SPED/Behavior/Life Skills classroom. Prior, I lived in Florida and provided care for families with long work hours or families who needed extra hands. I'd describe my personality as level-headed, understanding, and dependable. I am the person you turn to when nothing seems to be going right, and I will be ready to help with a calm demeanor. I like working with kids because I know that it truly does take a village. With so many life factors, sometimes you just need someone you know you can lean on to help out. I started working with kids when I turned 18 and began working in daycares at Disney World. My skills include emotional regulation, purposeful play, and situational awareness.
