Hi, my name is Ariyana! I have 3 years working with individuals who have intellectual disabilities. Children as well as the elderly require a great amount of attention and energy, but I enjoy it so wholeheartedly. I am CPR certified which comes in handy if there's ever an emergency that happens suddenly. I enjoy helping with whatever needs the child(ren)/adult may have, might it be home work, meal prepping, getting ready for school, being active, help with feeding, personal hygiene, cleaning, etc. I do have an outgoing personality genuinely enjoy making a difference in someone life. I graduate with my psychology degree 05/2023. My previous job I work with six adult males at a forensic group home who have intellectual disabilities. It can be quite challenging, but the rewards are much greater. Essentially it's been almost the same as when I had babysat and was a nanny, only with adults with a little more of a challenge. I am fully vaccinated!
