About Arissa

I'm a caregiver with five years of experience working with children of all ages. My love of family and caring for others inspired me to pursue a degree in psychology. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I know how to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. I'm comfortable following the parents' lead and enforcing household rules. I believe in open communication and will provide verbal updates at pickup or use the parents' preferred communication method to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, educational games, and technology-based games and apps. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time, and I have experience working with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I have some college education and have a car. I'm also comfortable with pets.
