I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with several years of experience providing one-on-one support to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings. I work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans that help children build communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors through positive, evidence-based strategies. I am experienced with prompting techniques, positive reinforcement, visual schedules, token systems, behavior intervention plans, data collection, and helping children generalize new skills into everyday life. I also assist with daily routines, meal preparation, hygiene, homework, community outings, and creating engaging, structured activities that encourage learning through play.
