Hi my name is Ariel I am 24 years old. I have been living here on the Big Island all my life. I moved away to the mainland for a short period of time to better my college education and when that didn't work out I turned to nannying part time as well as bartending. I currently work part time at a restaurant in Hilo, but I'm aiming to work in the childcare industry full time because I enjoy working with kids. I have been around children and helping out with the young ones in our family/community just about all my life. I am CPR certified and own a vehicle. I have interned at a day care/ elementary school in Hawaii called Shady Grove. Also want to mention that I absolutely adore animals so if you do have any pets that's no problem at all. Ariel cared for my toddler son and baby girl a few times over the last year. She is a rockstar! My kids were immediately comfortable with Ariel. She made sure they played outside (didn't watch tv once!), kept to their 2 different schedules, helped with house chores, and many more little things. She was a huge help to me and my husband, allowing us to concentrate on our work knowing that our kids were safe and cared for. Ariel is smart, adaptable, and open to hearing your feedback. My kids' will both be in school now but I hope to hire Ariel for breaks and holidays.
