Arielle is a wonderful person as well as caregiver and my family was incredibly lucky to have her join our family when my kids were 2 and 4, which is both a fun age as well as a challenging one. She is hands on, caring, responsible and my kids still adore her to this day. Her strengths are empathy, creativity and she always has a craft to share which is amazing. She worked for my family for several years including Covid times and she takes her role very seriously, including things like simple meal prep, potty training, nature walks around the block. As a mom, I trust her with my kids implicitly and she is responsive to any challenges that arise like a tantrum or tears. I so appreciate that as both my kids are very close in age .
