About Arielle

I have 7 years of experience teaching preschool and providing 1:1 childcare. I believe in encouraging children with confidence and praise. When a child asks me to help them with something, I encourage them to try themselves first. If they are unable, I guide them through the process and help only when necessary. I believe in giving a lot of praise when a child succeeds, which encourages them to want to keep learning and trying- even when the task seems difficult. I also believe in giving praise for persistence and determination, no matter if the intended outcome is achieved on the current attempt. I believe that we should focus on what the child can do and encourage them through our confidence in them and praise.
