About Arielle

Hi! I'm Arielle: a loving, energetic, and reliable caregiver with years of childcare and behavioral experience. I work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting children with autism, managing behaviors like biting, throwing, kicking, and tantrums with patience and structure while teaching them to become independent. Before this, I worked as a daycare teacher and have been babysitting since high school. I bring a balanced mix of nurturing care and firm guidance: kids feel safe, understood, and know boundaries. I'm also fun and active, always ready to play outside, help with homework, or get creative. I'm organized, dependable, and passionate about helping children grow. Currently pursuing my degree in pre-medicine to become a pediatrician.
