About Ariel

Ariel was an employee for a little over a year in our children's program. Her role as a classroom facilitator allowed her to be responsible for preparing lesson plans for children after school in a classroom of 1st graders. She was instrumental in keeping the students on task who did not have homework or finished their homework early. She exhibited great classroom management skills and had good rapport with her students. She is dependable and follows through with assignments expected of her. She's flexible and available outside the required time of service. Many times she volunteered overtime service. She offers great ideas for the educational growth of children and creativity that allow her to relate well with the children. She got along well with her peers and respected the vision of her leaders. I highly recommend her for employment. She will make a great, hardworking member of your team.
