Ariel has been incredibly helpful to our family. My kids absolutely love her. My 4-year-old told me the other day that she's his best friend. She's gentle, caring, and skilled in getting kids out of tantrums. She's fun, energetic, and motivated. She comes up with activities for the kids to do, helps them get their homework done, makes sure they're picked up on time. She likes to ask lots of questions to learn about your family and your kids, and I think her natural curiosity and interest translate into the attentiveness that really inspires devotion from kids. We have been so lucky to have her as part of our family. Highly recommended, 10 out of 5 stars, definitely would rehire.
