About Arianny N

I'm a dedicated high school teacher who is passionate about helping students grow both academically and personally. In my classroom, I focus on building relationships, setting clear expectations, and creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable participating and taking risks in their learning. I value communication, consistency, and encouraging responsibility so students can succeed not only in school but beyond it. Before teaching at the high school level, I worked in child care, which played a huge role in shaping my approach as an educator. Working with younger children taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of meeting students where they are developmentally and emotionally. That experience helped me understand behavior, build strong connections with families, and develop classroom management skills that I still use every day in my high school classroom.
