About Arianna

I earned my CNA license in 2023 at just 17 years old, and now at 20, I have gained valuable hands-on experience providing compassionate care. I assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support their overall comfort and safety. My strength is working with dementia patients, where I use patience, redirection, and reassurance to create a calm environment. Building trust with residents and their families is important to me. Becoming a CNA at a young age helped me grow quickly in responsibility and professionalism, and it has strengthened my desire to continue advancing in the nursing field.
