About Arianna

Third semester nursing student passionate about patient-centered care. I am BLS CPR certified, up to date on vaccinations, with documentation readily available. Experience includes previous employment at a cancer treatment facility, and providing home health care for individuals with a wide range of needs, including dementia and other cognitive or chronic health conditions. Experience with assisting (ADLs), safe transfers using equipment, medication management, bathing/ personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and encouraging light exercise. I understand the importance of preserving each person's dignity, independence, and quality of life. My goal is to provide assistance when needed while respecting each individual's preferences and encouraging them to remain as independent as possible. Communicates effectively with families and professionals to ensure continuity of care.
