While in school, I shadowed a pediatric doc and absolutely love caring for kiddos! I am looking for part-time work doing something I love while I build my business. I'm responsible and have five years of experience caring for children. I also have experience teaching and tutoring elementary age children for 2 years. I really loved meeting Arianna. We had two great interviews (phone and in person) and she ended up babysitting for me once. Her energy is great, she's timely, prompt, responsive, approachable, is flexible and super easy to relate and talk to. My daughter liked her. I'm disappointed it did not work out to continue care with her. The one thing I wish had been different is her communication upfront about her awareness on the type of care & work that would require handling an infant and a toddler, since she wasn't accustomed to that age group per her reports after the fact. I did not find that out until after my kids were babysat and I wish I had known her concerns upfront since it would have saved time and efforts on both ends. She was very professional about it when it was disclosed so I appreciated that.
