I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates and regular check-ins. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I provide respite care, transportation, medication management, and support with daily living activities. Supporting families while enriching the lives of seniors is my goal.
