Ariana is a very sweet and respectful young woman who clearly cares about children. She was kind and gentle with our one-year-old son. However, we found that her experience level wasn’t quite where we needed it to be. She sometimes struggled with reliability (car issues, oversleeping, and schedule changes) and was more timid in engaging our son in developmental activities. If you’re looking for someone who is warm and nurturing for basic childcare needs, Ariana could be a fit. But if you need someone highly experienced and consistently dependable, you may want to keep looking.
