About Ariana

Caring for children is more than a job for me; it's a passion rooted in years of experience, including two years working one-on-one with autistic children and raising my own young teen and preteen. As a teacher's aide for preschoolers since March 2025, I prioritize creating a structured and supportive environment where children feel understood and respected. I communicate openly with parents, sharing updates and photos throughout the day. While not a disciplinarian, I understand the importance of consistency and setting boundaries for safety and well-being. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor activities (preferably in a fenced area), reading, creative projects, and even cooking (though I admit it can get messy!). My skills include First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Childhood Education (ECE). I'm comfortable caring for one child and am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and carpooling.
