Hello! I am a former early child care educator and now I am in getting my doctorate degree in pediatric occupational therapy! I have tons of experience working with children of all ages- infants as young as 2 weeks old through teenagers. I am passionate about working with infants and young children. I am energetic, playful, creative, resourceful, and I always have clear communication with parents and other caregivers. I see all children as capable beings and I am a firm believer in learning through play. I appreciate the value of sensory play and love to get messy! I have worked in preschools/early child care facilities for the past 7 years and I have been babysitting for over 10 years. Additionally I have experience working with children in other contexts such as coaching and teaching swim lessons. I absolutely love working with, caring for and teaching infants and young children!

We absolutely LOVE Ari, and so do both of my kids! We were fortunate to have Ari work with us until she left to go to graduate school. She is amazing - she is so warm, so smart, so much fun and wonderful with kids! She had different activities planned to engage my toddler, and she glowed when she played with my infant. Ari is punctual, trustworthy and simply wonderful. She is positive and friendly, and was a breath of fresh air during the stressors of the pandemic. She is also responsible and I trust her completely in terms of social distancing and being around my kids. I called her our Mary Poppins and cannot say enough great things about her. She has years of experience as a daycare teacher as well, so she always has an engaging and age-appropriate activity in mind for kids, whether arts and crafts, science or outdoor play. She is absolutely fantastic and I am so sad she went to school so we can't see her every day!
