About Ariana

Hi! I'm Ariana. I'm patient, compassionate, and bubbly, with professional childcare experience since 2023. I've worked in summer camp and after-school programs with children ages 4-12, supervising groups of 15-30 children while maintaining safety, assisting with homework, and leading activities. My full-time job is as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I work with individuals ages 2-23 across the autism spectrum. I am professionally trained and experienced in safely responding to severe behavioral escalations, including physical aggression, elopement, self-injurious behavior, property destruction, and emotional distress. I'm also American Red Cross certified in Adult and Pediatric CPR and First Aid. I love building genuine connections with kids and watching them grow! I'm looking for flexible date nights, weekends, occasional babysitting, and recurring families. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, working out, cooking, and spending time with my cats!
