Ariana has been wonderful with our family. In just two weeks, she’s proven herself to be exactly what we were looking for in a nanny. She’s consistently on time, kind, and patient—especially important for us given my son is non verbal and has level 3 autism. Her experience with autistic children is evident in how she interacts with him. She understands his needs intuitively and meets him where he is, which has made the transition incredibly smooth.
