About Ariana

Hi! I'm a professional full-time nanny with 10 years of childcare experience, including 7 years as a professional nanny. I'm also available for weekend babysitting and would love to help families with a little extra flexibility and peace of mind. I believe in letting kids be kids while creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where they can learn, explore, and grow. My childcare approach is very Montessori-inspired, encouraging independence, curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning through play. I value open and honest communication with families and believe in always putting children's safety, happiness, and well-being first. Building a trusting relationship with both parents and children is very important to me. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, reading, walking, gardening, and painting. I love bringing creativity and a sense of adventure into the time I spend with children. I'm caring, dependable, patient, and passionate about childcare, and I truly love what I do!
