My senior care experience working with older adults was meaningful and eye-opening. I learned the importance of patience, compassion, and clear communication while helping meet their daily needs. Spending time with seniors taught me to appreciate their life stories and understand the value of emotional support in addition to physical care. This experience helped me develop empathy, responsibility, and a stronger sense of respect for others. Overall, working in senior care showed me how small acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone's quality of life. I can assist in light housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing, dressing and daily medications.
