Hello :) I'm an experienced, reliable nanny with hands-on care for children ages 3 months to teens. I've been with my current family for nearly two years, building strong skills in consistency, trust, and adapting to each child's needs. I'm CPR certified and prioritize safety, structure, and a nurturing environment. I also have experience as a behavioral technician and caregiver for children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, which has strengthened my patience and communication skills. I grew up in a very family-oriented environment, learning childcare from my mom, a nurse practitioner, which gave me a strong foundation in health awareness and attentive care. Currently, I work a week-on/week-off schedule (Mon-Thurs, 9 AM-3 PM) and am looking to fill my off weeks. I'm very open to evenings, weekends, overnights, and date nights.
