Before working in the cleaning industry, I served as a shift leader at My Pie Pizzeria, where I was responsible for supervising staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant. In this role, I developed strong leadership and time management skills, while also gaining experience in training new employees and handling customer service issues with professionalism. I was entrusted with opening and closing responsibilities, which required attention to detail and a high level of accountability. This experience helped me build a strong foundation in maintaining clean and organized environments. The skills that I learned I continue to apply in my current cleaning work.
