I was greeted with a pleasant and professional welcome. All of my questions and concerns were met with a fast, accurate and knowledgeable answer! All of my expectations were met with proficiency in the field and compassion for my family member. What stood out the most was the way she paid attention to detail and assured thru her actions that I was leaving my family member in the hands of someone who seen them as extended family, rather than a job!!
