For the past five years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care, always prioritizing the well-being and independence of those I serve. My experience includes adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion with patience and empathy. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether it's through daily reports or verbal updates. I'm skilled in transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also have First Aid Training. I have some college education and speak both English and Spanish. Supporting families by providing reliable care is very important to me.
